My fillings are just egg, japanese cucumber and pork floss as kids don't like crabstick. I can't use raw sashimi as no one likes except me.The rice didn't bind together very well. I followed the instructions on the rice bag but still.... I wonder why?? Not enough water??
I heated the nori before adding the rice but it's still difficult to slice. I couldn't be bothered to wet the knife after each slice, thus that explains the mess over all the nori :P
