Just want to finish up the durian fillings in my fridge so I made another batch of durian puffs.

Using the same
choux pastry recipe though I'm still in search for a recipe that's similar to
Beard Papa's. This recipe is quite good, doesn't flatten when cooled and it's still good on the next day.
This time round, I made the choux slightly bigger.

As I've used up 3/5 of the durian fillings
earlier, I wasn't able to fill up as much now.
This box went to my inlaws ;-)
