We do cook this soup once in a while when the weather is especially hot ... like now! Isn't it good ... healthy? The corn makes me drool ...

it looks hearty. Is it common to have such large parts?

It's been a long time I never make corn soup. I didn't put in yuzhu before this.
Next time, I will.
Thanks for sharing.

Grace, this is definitely a healthy soup, most importantly my kids love it :)

Sonia, I hope your family will like it too.

Anncoo, I believe your soup must be very tasty with 咸菜 added.

Pei-Lin, anything corn makes my kids drool too. I'll never go wrong with corns in soup ;-)

Lady Ren, it's just plain lazy me, didn't bother to cut them smaller :P

wendy, I used to cook without yuzhu too. And I cook corn soup every week as my kids love it.
