I've wanted to roast them in a slab without chopping them up but my AMC roasting pan is not big enough to accommodate them. So I had to cut them up into smaller pieces to roast. I was inspired by Nate's ribs but of course, I can't replicate his cooking. See how nicely his ribs are browned? Though mine doesn't look as good, I'm happy it turned out well and my family enjoy this dish.

You need to smoke the ribs in order to get it that color. Get a WSM! You'll be glad you did.
hi,
How do u roast this with AMC wok? I just bought a few pots & wok frm AMC and i tried to surf..looking fr our very own malaysian cooking method, but i cant find one!
Any more recipe that you can share?
Thank you in advance :)
Hi Nate/Annie,
Thanks for dropping by my blog. Unfortunately, I'm staying in a high rise building in Singapore and a WSM is not suitable :( Just love looking at your ribs!
vina7879,
You may check with your AMC agent on recipes and how to use it. For me, I just follow the recipe book that came along with the pots. And any recipes not found inside, I just trial and error.
The ribs didn't turn out quite well as I'm still experimenting. Will let you know when I perfect it.
