2 - 3 pcs fish cake
1 packet of Enoki Mushrooms, (cut off the bottom of the cluster and gently rinse them to remove any dirt)
2 onions, cut into big chucks2 cloves of garlic, chopped finely
2 - 3 tablespoon tomato sauce
salt and pepper to taste
- Heat oil in a saucepan.
- Add in minced garlic and onions and fry till fragrant.
- Add in mushrooms, tomato sauce and water.
- Cook the mushrooms in the sauce for awhile before stirring in the cooked fish cake. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
