I had the same problem with bits of cream floating in the jelly layer, and I agree with wendyywy it is because the cream is not well set, so it melts away when it comes into contact with the jelly solution. Almost immediate!!<br /><br />What I suspect is the cream layer is not set enough, which is why when the room temp jelly is poured on, it sort of like, melted a bit of the cream layer.
